Młodzi ludzie jednak w pogoni za wiedzą, doświadczeniem zawodowym nadal nie tak często korzystają z wolontariatu jako sposobu na osobisty wgląd w sprawy dla siebie ważne, jako sposób na weryfikację własnych przekonań, wyobrażeń o tym, kim chcą być w dorosłym życiu, co jest dla nich ważne, a także jako sposobu na umacnianie swojego wizerunku jako nietuzinkowego pracownika.
W dniu 22.03.2013 w gronie studentów Wydziału Psychologii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego odbyło się kolejne Spotkanie z wolontariatem pracowniczym & CSR. Było to spotkanie studentów ze stereotypami o pomaganiu ludzi młodych i tych aktywnych zawodowo, ze sposobami i możliwościami ich przekraczania, z pomysłami na własną aktywność dla siebie i innych – już teraz i w trakcie własnej kariery zawodowej.
Spotkanie poprowadziła Izabela Dyakowska, ekspertka wolontariatu pracowniczego & CSR, autorka bloga Wolontariat pracowniczy & CSR.
