Na początku 2010 roku uruchomiliśmy unikalny, długofalowy program wolontariatu pracowniczego w Siemensie. Inicjatywa ta jest wyjątkowa, bo oparta na wartościach i realizuje cele rozwojowe wielu wspaniałych ludzi. Nie została powołana, jak w większości przypadków innych korporacji, bezpośrednio dla celów marketingowych, czy sposnoringowych, bo byłoby to zaprzeczenie idei, etyki i przyzwoitości. Jest przedsięwzięciem zainicjowanym i realizowanym w Siemensie przez dział HR. Stworzyliśmy tutaj przestrzeń dakcja2o dobrowolnej aktywności społecznej wspieranej przez pracodawcę, do rozwijania pasji i zainteresowań, do odkrywania i szlifowania talentów, do rozwijania bezpośredniej, otwartej komunikacji i bezcennych relacji przekraczających granice biurek i stanowisk. Jestem dumna, że bez presji na wyniki, wznosząc się ponad ocenami, możemy spotykać się w sytuacjach pomagania, poznawać świat z innej strony, dołączać swoją cegiełkę do lepszego świata, w lepszej organizacji. To mój numer jeden!
