Na tropy poszukiwań rozwiązań wykluczenia zawodowego w powiecie legionowskim metodą Design Thinking wkroczyli wolontariusze z Firmy Siemens, pod banderą Magdaleny Sadowskiej-Pożyckiej i Karoliny Rypulak. To nowy pomysł na rozwiązywania problemów bezrobocia w perspektywie lokalnej. Podjęliśmy to wyzwanie na rzecz Centrum Integracji Lokalnej wspólnie z Mazowiecką Federację na rzecz Ekonomii Społecznej i firmą Siemens, której pracownicy zaangażowali się realizując jednocześnie program „Wolontariatu pracowniczego”.
Celem projektu było znalezienie pomysłów i przygotowanie prototypu dla wybranego rozwiązania problemu wykluczenia zawodowego w powiecie legionowskim z udziałem przedstawicieli PCIS, samorządu, instytucji rynku pracy i pracodawców, przy użyciu innowacyjnej metody design thinking wypracują model działań, które będą wspierać przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu z rynku pracy.
Zastosowana zostanie metoda Design Thinking (DT) wykorzystywana do tworzenia innowacyjnych produktów i usług w oparciu o głębokie zrozumienie problemów i potrzeb użytkowników. Grupa wolontariuszy przeprowadziła wywiady z określonymi interesariuszami i osobami wykluczonymi, a zebrane informacje stanowiły przedmiot analizy i źródło dla zdefiniowania wyzwania projektowego oraz znalezienia pomysłów.
Zrozumienie potrzeb interesariuszy i osób wykluczonych jest kluczowe dla rezultatów projektu. Inspiracją dla niego było podobne działanie przeprowadzone w Danii, gdzie metodą Design Thinking zostało znalezione innowacyjne rozwiązanie dla jednego z problemów społecznych (Good kitchen). Znalezienie pomysłu i przygotowanie prototypu zostanie zrealizowane w ramach warsztatów Design Thinking. Efektem projektu jest wiedza o potrzebach interesariuszy i osób wykluczonych, pomysły na rozwiązanie dla problemu, przygotowany prototyp dla jednego z pomysłów, które CIS może doskonalić i rozwijać.
Dodatkowo uczestnicy poznali metodę i techniki pracy Design Thinking.

To była przygoda, która odcisnęła swój ślad w życiu lokalnej społeczności. Otworzyła na nowe rozwiązania, zbliżyła ludzi poprzez parzenie na siebie z różnych perspektyw wychodząc z kolein etykiet, stereotypów i standardowych rozwiązań.
