W dniu 28. czerwca 2011 roku Izabela Dyakowska, ekspert bGOOD Consulting ds. wolontariatu pracowniczego i społecznego zaangażowania gościła na zaproszenie Polskiej Konfederacji Pracodawców Prywatnych Lewiatanna na warsztacie eksperckim projektu „Czy dialog na pewno się opłaca?”. Owocem prac grona ekspertów projektu była m.in. Konferencja pod tym samym tytułem mająca miejsce 28. czerwca 2011 roku w Warszawie.
W prezentacji projektu podczas Konerencji uczestniczył Zbigniew Gajewski – Z-ca Dyrektora Generalnego PKPP Lewiatan, Jacek Kuchenbeker – Menedżer w Dziale Zarządzania Ryzykiem Deloitte. Wprowadzenie dotyczące roli kapitału społecznego w rozwoju gospodarczym zrobił prof. Juliusz Gardawski – Kierownik Katedry Socjologii Ekonomicznej Szkoły Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie. Najciekawsze doświadczenia zagraniczne dialogu społecznego w firmach zaprezentował dr Thomas Osburg – Dyrektor Corporate Affairs na Europę Intel Corporation. W dyskusji panelowej o tym co NGOs mogą zaoferować biznesowi i dlaczego współpraca się opłaca uczestniczyła dr Monika Sajkowska – Dyrektor Fundacji Dzieci Niczyje, Paweł Łukasiak – Prezes Akademii Rozwoju Filantropii w Polsce oraz Rafał Serafin – Prezes Fundacji Partnerstwo dla Środowiska. O korzyściach z dialogu pracowniczego i najciekawszych polskich doświadczeniach dyskutowali również Jacek Faltynowicz – Prezes Elektrobudowa, Janusz Górski – Prezes DB Schenker oraz Czesław Grzesiak – Wiceprezes Tesco.
