KAPITALNI SPOŁECZNIE
– wolontariat pracowniczy źródłem kapitału społecznego organizacji przyszłości, która wygrywa!
to konferencja zorganizowana  przez firmę Siemens w partnerstwie z Fundacją Instytut Wolontariatu Pracowniczego i z Wydziałem Nauk Ekonomicznych i Zarządzania UMK w Toruniu. Wydarzenie miało miejsce w dniu 3 grudnia 2018 roku, przy ul. Żupniczej 11 w Warszawie.

Idea Konferencji KAPITALNI SPOŁECZNIE pojawiła się z chęci podsumowania i celebracji sukcesu 10 lat realizacji w Siemensie programu wolontariatu pracowniczego oraz dzielenia się tym doświadczeniem z innymi. To jedna z pierwszych inicjatyw działu HR w naszym kraju, sfokusowana z pełną uważnością na podmiotowość pracownika, relacje pracownicze, jakość komunikacji, efektywność współpracy, a także kluczowe problemy społeczne, które są dla nas wszystkich ważnym wyzwaniem, obowiązkiem wobec przyszłych pokoleń.

Podczas konferencji podzieliśmy się z Państwem wiedzą o wolontariacie pracowniczym w perspektywie rozwijania kapitału społecznego organizacji przyszłości w dobie zrównoważonego rozwoju. Zaprosiliśmy także Państwa do dyskusji na temat obszarów społecznego wpływu wolontariatu pracowniczego oraz wspólnego wypracowania rekomendacji dla organizacji przyszłości. Konferencja była również doskonałą okazją do spotkania liderów wolontariatu, praktyków działań CSR, do wymiany doświadczeń i wzajemnego poznania się.

Spotkanie otworzyła Dominika Bettman, CEO Siemensa, Prezeska Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu podkreślając znaczenie i rolę biznesu zrównoważonego rozwoju na serio w każdej firmie, która chcę utrzymać rolę lidera na rynku, również jako atrakcyjny i dojrzały społecznie pracodawca.


O wolontariat pracowniczym i kulturze relacji i współpracy w biznesie, który chce wygrywać we współczesnym świecie w trosce o naszą wspólną przyszłość opowiedziała Wiesława Czarnecka-Stańczak, Dyrektor Działu HR w Siemensie wskazując na wartość  aktywności społecznych w życiu organizacji, rozwijania kompetencji miękkich konkurencyjnych na rynku pracy zagarnianym coraz to bardziej przez sztuczną inteligencję i robotyzację.
Pewną historię i kluczowe założenia wolontariatu pracowniczego w dobie nowej filozofii pracy na przykładzie Siemensa przybliżyły Izabela Dyakowska, Prezes Fundacji Instytut Wolontariatu Pracowniczego, Koordynator programu wolontariatu pracowniczego w Siemensie oraz Zuzanna Laskowska-Wilk, Kierownik projektów komunikacyjnych Działu Komunikacji Korporacyjnej i Marketingowej w Siemensie, wolontariuszka praktykująca metodę Design Thinking w kreatywnym poszukiwaniu rozwiązań problemów społecznych.
Następnie, prof. Aldona Glińska-Neweś, Prodziekan ds. Współpracy z Zagranicą i Rozwoju, Wydział Nauk Ekonomicznych i Zarządzania Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu przedstawiła cele i założenia badania Kapitał społeczny a budowanie przewagi firmy poprzez realizację celów zrównoważonego rozwoju.

Wśród gości panel dyskusyjnych “Kapitał społeczny w służbie zrównoważonego rozwoju – rekomendacje. Rola i obszary wpływu wolontariatu pracowniczego w organizacji i otoczeniu byli z nami wolontariusze Siemensa”, wskazując na perspektywę pracownika z jednej firmy:
• Agnieszka Świerkot, Specjalista ds. zarządzania jakością i zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji w Siemensie, wolontariuszka na rzecz edukacji,
• Iwona Waszczykowska, Kierownik EHS (Środowisko Zdrowie Bezpieczeństwo)
w Siemensie, wolontariuszka na rzecz dzieci wykluczonych społecznie,
• Jolanta Kula, Specjalista ds. finansowych w Siemens Mobility, wolontariuszka kreatywnie włączająca osoby z niepełnosprawnościami do życia,
• Magdalena Sadowska – Pożycka, Menedżer zarządzania projektami w Siemensie, wolontariuszka pracująca metodą Design Thinking w społecznościach,
• Jacek Fink-Finowicki, Inżynier projektu w Siemens Mobility, wolontariusz aktywny na rzecz zabytków kolejnictwa,
• Martyna Blinstrub, Specjalista ds. jakości w Siemensie, wolontariuszka w projektach ekologicznych.

 

Druga dyskusja o tym samym tytule miała miejsce w gronie przedstawicieli pracodawców, byśmy mogli lepiej poznać tę perspektywę, z udziałem gości::
• Ewa Mikos, Menedżer ds. Rozwoju Rynkowego w Siemensie, wolontariuszka na rzecz edukacji,
• Paulina Koszewska, Menedżer ds. CSR, PWC,
• Agnieszka Krajnik, Menedżer ds. CSR, Provident,
• Wioletta Cichla, Menedżer ds. CSR, Sitech,
• Katarzyna Kucharek, Prezes Fundacji Grupy PKP,
• Katarzyna Snarska, Menadżer zespołu ds. dostępu do rynku, Pfizer.


Celem obu dyskusji było zdefiniowanie obszarów wpływu wolontariatu pracowniczego oraz rekomendacji dla innych organizacji, dla nas razem, by potencjał wolontariatu pracowniczego uwalniał kapitał ludzki bardziej niż kiedykolwiek, zarówno z perspektywy pracownika jak i pracodawcy. Panele dyskusyjne poprowadziła Prof. Aldona Glińska-Neweś, Prodziekan ds. Współpracy z Zagranicą i Rozwoju na Wydziale Nauk Ekonomicznych i Zarządzania UMK w Toruniu.
Podsumowaniem całości byłą debata „Rekomendacje dla organizacji przyszłości, czyli jakiej?”, której udział wzięli:
• Wiesława Czarnecka-Stańczak, Dyrektor Działu HR w Siemensie,
• Karolina Radzikowska, Menedżer HR w PWC,
• Dorota Borkowska, Ekspert CSR w PGE,
• Prof. Aldona Glińska-Neweś, Prodziekan ds. Współpracy z Zagranicą i Rozwoju na
Wydziale Nauk Ekonomicznych i Zarządzania UMK w Toruniu,
• Artur Nowak-Gocławski, Prezes ANG Spółdzielni, Prezes Fundacji BĘDĘ KIM ZECHCĘ,
• Izabela Dyakowska, Prezes Fundacji Instytut Wolontariatu Pracowniczego.
Moderatorem debaty i całości spotkania była Anna Mizerska, Menedżer ds. Komunikacji korporacyjnej w Siemensie.

Serdecznie dziękujemy naszym gościom i uczestnikom konferencji za udział i zaangażowanie w spotkanie. Wszystkie wypracowane i pozyskane w dalszych pracach rekomendacje i obszary wpływu wolontariatu pracowniczego będą opublikowane w Raporcie KAPITALNI SPOŁECZNIE w pierwszym kwartale 2019 roku.
