Wśród działań wartych poparcia znalazł się w najnowszym numerze INTEGRACJI (2/2014) wolontariat pracowniczy, którego doświadczono w Centrum Integracja w Warszawie. Polecamy przy tej okazji krótki komentarz Izabeli Dyakowskiej, właścicielki bGOOD Consulting!

120-lat-integracji-logob(…) Warszawskie Centrum Integra­cji przy ul. Dzielnej to miejsce nie tylko wytężonej pracy psycholo­gów, doradców zawodowych i so­cjalnych oraz pośredników pracy. To także jedna z wizytówek Integracji, a takie miejsce potrzebuje czasem liftingu. Raz na jakiś czas trzeba od­świeżyć ściany i dokonać przeme­blowania. Rzadko udaje się zrobić to własnymi siłami, bo z racji liczby i potrzeb beneficjentów nie można zamknąć Centrum z powodu remon­tu. Z pomocą przyszli nam pracow­nicy współpracującego z Integracją Banku Gospodarki Żywnościowej (BGŻ). W ramach wolontariatu pra­cowniczego przeobrazili się w ekipę remontową. Zamienili garnitury na T-shirty, a laptopy i smartfony na pędzle i szczotki.

Wsparcie siłą i wiedzą. Pracy było dużo, bo zanim przystąpiono do malowania ścian, trzeba było prze­nieść mnóstwo sprzętów, mebli i do­kumentów. Pracownicy BGŻ mieli również okazje do podzielenia się swoją wiedzą z beneficjentami, któ­rzy chętnie zadawali pytania na te­maty finansowe. Później połączone siły wolontariuszy i pracowników Centrum zajęły się malowaniem. Centrum Integracja to przede wszystkim miejsce spotkań, stąd ściany pomalowano na ciepły kolor pomarańczowy.

Pożytek z pracy to jedna rzecz, a przyjemność z niej to druga. A tej było co nie miara. Integracja na kolorowo. Efekt? Piękne wnętrze, które pozytywnie wpływa na warunki i jakość pracy.

W trakcie dnia spędzonego w Cen­trum wolontariusze z BGŻ mogli do­wiedzieć się wiele na temat działania Integracji, a także bliżej zapoznać się z niepełnosprawnością. Dwie wolon­tariuszki przeprowadziły też szybki, ale dokładny audyt naszego serwisu finansebezbarier.pl. Dzięki nim zdobyliśmy informacje, które posłu­żą przy dalszym prowadzeniu serwi­su, a zwłaszcza jego modernizacji.

Warto wspomnieć, że prowadzony drugi rok projekt Integracji „Finan­se bez barier” korzysta ze wsparcia, jakiego pracownicy BGŻ udzielają jako eksperci. To oni często kryją się za tzw. Wirtualnym doradcą, któ­ry służy użytkownikom serwisu wie­dzą na temat usług bankowych.

Integracja ma zysk, a bankowcy?

– Akcja super. Myślę, że przydała się nasza pomoc, a nam – poradnik savoir-vivre o tym, jak się zachowy­wać w towarzystwie osób niepełno­sprawnych, żeby ich nie urazić. Największą wartością tego dnia była integracja grupy i poznanie fajnych ludzi. Było super i czekam na kolejna akcję – podsumowała dzień w Integracji jedna z wolonta­riuszek.

Proces, który przynosi rezultaty. – Wolontariat pracowniczy (ang. corporate volunteering) to długofa­lowy program społeczny odpowie­dzialnego społecznie pracodawcy, który propaguje idee społecznego zaangażowania, umożliwia je i kom­pleksowo wspiera pracowników i ich bliskich w dobrowolnym i świa­domym świadczeniu wolontariatu na rzecz i w partnerstwie z organi­zacjami społecznymi i instytucjami publicznymi. Przedkłada ponad wy­niki ilościowe, korzyści jakościowe tego typu przedsięwzięcia dla społecznego, organizacyjnego i osobi­stego dobra jego uczestników – tłu­maczy Izabela Dyakowska właścicielka bGOOD Consulting, autorka Bloga o wolon­tariacie pracowniczym & CSR (https://izabeladyakowska.pl). Inwestycja w kapitał społeczny. Inwestycja w kapitał społeczny firmy obciążona jest piętnem oczekiwań co do tego, że przy małych nakładach firma za jednym zamachem zintegru­je pracowników, podniesie jakość ko­munikacji w grupie, wprowadzi nową jakość w systemie rozwoju i motywacji pracowników.

– Wielu menedżerom wydaje się, że ludzie z natury chcą pomagać, a jeśli jeszcze przy tej okazji mogą zadbać o rów­nowagę praca – życie osobiste czy pozycję w firmie, zwłaszcza w mo­mentach newralgicznych zmian, to zrobią to z logo firmy na plecach, a nawet za tę firmę. Mechanizm wy­daje się prosty, jednak tak nie dzia­ła, a często wywołuje efekt bume­rangowy – wyjaśnia ekspertka. Wolontariat pracowniczy to znak jakości dobrego pracodawcy, orga­nizacji, jej kultury i marki, a firma, która korzysta z tego rozwiązania, odnosi korzyści wewnętrzne i na ze­wnątrz. Wolontariat znacząco wpły­wa na poprawę komunikacji między pracownikami w firmie, ich integra­cję wokół wartości, zwiększenie świadomości społecznej, poziomu zaufania, a tym samym satysfakcji z pracy. Jednak to długotrwały proces budwoania relacji, nie tylko wypełniania dodatkowych zadań – dodaje.

Z drugiej strony tego typu działa­nia wpływają na umacnianie wize­runku firmy odpowiedzialnej i zaan­gażowanej społecznie, pozytywny odbiór misji i marki. Najważniejsze, aby była to wartość dodana, a nie nadrzędny cel.

– Dla biznesu nie bez znaczenia jest konku­rencyjna pozycja na rynku, na któ­rym coraz powszechniejsza jest społeczna odpowiedzialność bizne­su, stanowiąca przy okazji integral­ny element raportu społecznego firmy. Jednym słowem – dzisiaj wśród liderów biznesu zaczyna się liczyć przewaga konkurencyjna oparta na war­tościach , gdzie cel nie uświęca środków, a ludzie są podmiotami ważnych zmian organizacyjnych i społecznych zarazem. – podsumowuje Izabela Dyakowska.

Idea i wrażliwość społeczna. – Zaangażowanie wolontariuszy było naprawdę godne podziwu. Z werwą wzięli się do pracy, a podczas spotkania złapali świetny kontakt z naszymi beneficjentami – podkreśla Ewa Spychała- Kosmow­ska, Koordynatorka Centrum Inte­gracja w Warszawie. – Wolontariat pracowniczy to bardzo dobry po­mysł. To była przede wszystkim możliwość wymiany doświadczeń i wspólnego zrobienia czegoś do­brego dla ludzi, którzy przychodzą do Centrum.

Wolontariat pracowniczy jest sumą wartości dodanych. Korzysta­ją firmy, których pracownicy genial­nie integrują się podczas wspólnej „pozabiurowej” pracy, a one zyskują wizerunkowo. Korzystają też oczy­wiście organizacje pożytku publicz­nego – odbiorcy działań. Jednak naj­więcej zyskują ci, którym wsparcie wolontariatu pracowniczego poma­ga najbardziej. Nieważne, czy to chorzy w hospicjach, dzieci z domów dziecka czy nasi beneficjenci z Cen­trum Integracja. Kontakt z nimi po­zwala wzmocnić postawę obywatel­ską i empatię u osób, które na co dzień często nie mają czasu zastano­wić się nad problemami współcze­snego świata.

Ideą wolontariatu pracowniczego jest budowanie świadomości i wraż­liwości społecznej, bez których to wartości nie może istnieć nowocze­sne społeczeństwo.
