Przywódca? Charyzmatyczny!

Dzisiaj w zarządzaniu poszukuje się wyjątkowo efektywnych i tym samym energooszczędnych rozwiązań. I dzięki temu więcej czasu zabierają poszukiwania charyzmatycznego przywódcy, swego rodzaju “kwiatu paproci”, który jeśli nawet zostanie odnaleziony, to długo u szczęśliwego z tego powodu pracodawcy nie zagości.

Znam taki prosty filtr.. wolontariat pracowniczy. Tutaj charyzmatyczni podejmują wyzwania, inspirują, mają pasje i otwartość na innych. Przywódcy osiągają efekty w zdefiniowanych zadaniach wolontariackich, przy zdefiniowanych rolach, mają cele i przełożenie na końcowe wyniki. Łatwiej im się tu spotkać, poznać, docenić wartość wzajemności i wsparcia, konstruktywnej rywalizacji.

W moim przekonaniu dzisiaj w zarządzaniu powinniśmy poszukiwać bardziej prawdopodobnego dobrodziejstwa – tandemu współpracujących ze sobą ludzi wyjątkowo uzdolnionych – przywódcy i tego z charyzmą. A najwyższą sztuką jest porozumienie i współpraca między takimi ludźmi, często niestety wręcz się wykluczającymi przez niski poziom wglądu czy treningu kompetencyjnego. Bo wrodzone predyspozycje wymagają szlifu jak drogocenne diamenty.

Wolontariat pracowniczy jest doskonałym, neutralnym gruntem na takie spotkania ponad różnicami, podziałami, dla innych. Nieuniknione, że również dla siebie i firmy.
